Service estimates are based on the information provided by you and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will provide you with a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered, including any additional work that you have approved.

Project Timeline and Delays

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. However, completion dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain any necessary permits required for your project, and the cost of permits will be included in your estimate or billed separately as agreed. You are responsible for ensuring we have access to the work site and that any homeowner association or local regulations are disclosed to us before work begins.

Liability and Insurance

TLD Turlock Deck Builder is fully licensed and insured. We take responsibility for work performed by our team. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features that were not disclosed or marked prior to excavation. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather events after project completion.

You agree to hold TLD Turlock Deck Builder harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a workmanship warranty on all projects, with terms to be specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims as needed.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or alterations made by others after project completion. Normal wear and tear, weathering, and natural aging of materials are also not covered.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials, labor, and other costs already incurred. Deposits are non-refundable if work has already commenced.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of TLD Turlock Deck Builder and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our written permission. We may use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County.
